Where are you located?
Adorn is located at 148 E State St, Ithaca NY in the heart of the Ithaca Commons.
What are pop-ups and private shopping events?
We are not currently able to do pop-up events, but if your group would like to schedule a private shopping event outside of normal store hours please fill out the contact us form above.
What is the return policy?
Customers may receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase with item in original condition and reciept. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We are unable to accept returns on any items without receipt or tags. We may also be unable to accept returns on specific products, these will be carefully marked before purchase.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! You can search for gift cards on our website. We currently only do e-gift cards, and you can choose to have the information sent to you or the lucky recipient.
When will I get my order?
In-store pickups are typically available within 3 hours.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our vendor partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. As we buy from a variety of brands and vendors, please refer to specific item's tags and details for more information.
How much does shipping cost?
