Where are you located?
We are currently seeking the perfect brick-and-mortar location, but are able to do pop-ups and special events in the Ithaca NY area. You can also find us on Instagram @adornithaca , and right here on our website!
What are pop-ups and private shopping events?
While we look for the perfect store front, we will bring a selection of our store to you! We are able to set up small displays almost anywhere you are and can take payment from customers via card and apple pay. Please reach out to book Adorn for your event.
This is the perfect small event for a sorority, sports team, or other groups looking for cool, trendy clothes for upcoming occasions.
What is the return policy?
Customers may receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We are unable to accept returns on any items without receipt or tags. We may also be unable to accept returns on specific products, these will be carefully marked before purchase.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! You can search for gift cards on our website. We currently only do e-gift cards, and you can choose to have the information sent to you or the lucky recipient.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our vendor partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. As we buy from a variety of brands and vendors, please refer to specific item's tags and details for more information.
How much does shipping cost?
